The following files can be imported into ACE:

Initial two-key shortcut assignments for opcodes:
Initial style setttings:
Initial instruction list (for syntax highlighting):

The free version supports only syntax highlighting with a complete text editing toolset.
It recognizes local variables in procedures excluding the ones from other procedures, vars defined by PUBLIC keyword and vars defined in data segments.

Should work with Vista and above.

Note: If you're running Windows 10, you can also install the free version from the Microsoft Store.
